Danny Martínez is a Colombian professional drummer, producer, and educator whose musical journey began at the age of six in his local church in Cúcuta. From an early age, he developed a strong foundation in rhythm and a deep passion for music.
He later studied at the Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga (UNAB), graduating in 2015 as a Music Teacher. During this time, he built his experience as both a session and live musician, while also expanding into music production.
In 2016, he moved to Bogotá, where he joined Banda DeLuz as their drummer, touring across Latin America and collaborating with artists such as Coalo Zamorano. This chapter opened new opportunities, leading him to perform and travel with Julio Melgar.
Throughout his career, Danny has worked with internationally recognized artists including Christine D’Clario, Miel San Marcos, Marcela Gándara, Alex Campos, and Danilo Montero, both on stage and in the studio.
He has recorded over 400 songs at Mix Factory studio, contributing to projects for artists from different countries and musical backgrounds.
Currently, Danny serves as the touring drummer for Christine D’Clario, performing across the United States, Latin America, and Europe.
