Born in Istanbul in 1981, Doğaç Titiz was immersed in music from a young age. His parents, both musicians, nurtured his talent, introducing him to the violin at the age of six. In 1992, he took his passion to the prestigious Istanbul University State Conservatory School Orchestra, initially as a violinist. However, his musical curiosity led him to explore percussion after two years. He then embraced the drums, further honing his skills. He graduated in 2005, a well-rounded musician.
Doğaç has carved a diverse path in the music industry. He began performing at 16 with Jukebox, electrifying rock bars with his drumming. His talent caught the attention of established artists, leading him to collaborate with Duman and later, Athena (2001-2005). During his tenure with Athena, he contributed to two of their albums, "Hersey Yolunda" and "US."
Beyond the rock scene, Doğaç has also lent his talents to esteemed classical ensembles like the Istanbul State Symphony Orchestra, Cemal Resit Rey Orchestra, and Bursa Symphony. His impressive network of collaborators includes renowned musicians like Askin Arsunan, Volkan Oktem, Aycan Teztel, Senova Ulker, Yahya Dai, Yavuz Daridere, Melis Sokmen, Fatih Erkoç, and Dogan Canku, with whom he has performed and jammed.
Currently, Doğaç Titiz is not only pursuing his own artistic endeavors, but also sharing his passion by giving drum lessons.
